A FASHION, LIFESTYLE, AND DIY BLOG

This blog post is sponsored by Cacique, but all opinions are my own.

I can probably count the times on one hand that I have gone in store to go bra shopping. I’m serious! I know that wearing the correct bra for my body is important, but somehow, I just never really made it a priority to make sure that my bras are made to fit me. When I have made it a priority, I always felt so lost in stores. There’s always so many choices, and I never really know what bra size I am. I end up trying on 3-5 bra on in different sizes just to figure out my cup and band size, and there’s never anyone to help me. The entire process can be so nerve-wrecking. So when Cacique reached out to see if I wanted to participate in their bra fitting event, I jumped at the chance because I knew that I had to help others feel comfortable with bra shopping too.

The first time I was fitted for a bra at Cacique, it was around 6 months ago. It is recommended that you go get fitted about every four-six months just to ensure you are always wearing the correct bra size.  I was a perfect testament to this, because the last time I was fitted I was a 42C, and my most recent bra fitting fits me for a 40C. I know what you’re thinking….’Candice I don’t think I will fit into that size. Cacique won’t have my size.’  Cacique carries 86 different bra sizes! That’s right, 86 sizes with bands 32-50 and cup sizes A-K! Cacique has extended their bra size range so much, that I have no doubt you’ll be able to find a bra that you love.

I went into my local Cacique to get fitted for a bra by a master fitter there. This is a very easy process. A fit specialist measures your bust area, and then gives you the size of your bra that you should be trying on. After you are fitted, you can then talk to the master fitters on your specific bra needs. For me, I most recently purchase a back-slimming bra, so what I was looking for was a t-shirt bra. Something without a wire, that still gave me some lift and hold. I was able to talk through my needs with the master fitter and along with being given suggestions about other bras I may love as well. You can check out the bra I purchased here. It’s so comfortable and is the ultimate t-shirt bra!

This weekend you can come meet me in San Antonio, and I can help guide you along the bra fitting process. You can RSVP for the event here or you can just simply show up. There will be lots of door prizes, including your chance to win your own bra and panty set! I can’t wait to see you there!
